We
accept VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS or Money
Orders in US funds. ALL CHARGES ARE PLACED AT TIME OF ORDER.

RETURN
& CANCELLATION POLICY |
| |
- Please obtain
an RMA number (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER)
from your salesperson. Authorization to return any and
all products must be obtained by the Buyer from KORPCYCLE
LTD. in advance and must be made within ten(10) days of
receiving the product.
- All returned products
to KORPCYCLE LTD. will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
All products which are approved for return will be refunded
within 15 to 30 days.
- All products returned
must be in the original manufacturers wrapping and in
the same condition as it was originally delivered by KORPCYCLE
LTD. to the Buyer.
- Only the original
Buyer may request for a return of products. Defective
items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only
after the part has been cleared from KORPCYCLE LTD. will
the Buyer receive the product back. After receipt of goods,
KORPCYCLE LTD. shall inspect the goods to determine the
exact quantity and condition of goods received. If KORPCYCLE
LTD. does not accept the goods as being defective and/or
returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred
costs.
- Parts which have
been mounted or used are not returnable under any condition.
- Special Orders,
and all Electrical parts are not returnable. WE DO NOT
ISSUE CREDITS ON SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS, ITEMS THAT HAVE
BEEN MODIFIED, INSTALLED, OR OTHERWISE RENDERED NOT SALEABLE.
NO EXCEPTIONS!

- All orders are

not be responsible for any late shipments.
- All shipping dates
given are approximate.
- Buyer shall not
be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other
offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver
in estimated time of delivery.
- THESE ITEMS CANNOT
BE CANCELED OR RETURNED.
- Delivery on special
orders may take 12 weeks or longer.
- ABSOLUTELY NO

DAMAGED
/ LOST IN TRANSIT |

- Refuse delivery
when the driver attempts to deliver a damaged package.
It is your responsibility to inspect the package for damage
upon delivery.
- It the package
was dropped off, promptly call UPS at 800-742-5877 Ext.
0, FED-EX at 800-463-3339 Dial * or fax us at 310-329-5822.
We will gladly assist you with filing a claim. When in
Stock, we will promptly replace lost or damaged merchandise
as soon as we receive a claim number from the carrier
or the part is returned to us.
- Please understand
it is your responsibility to secure the package when the
driver delivers to your address. LOSS AFTER DELIVERY WILL
NOT BE COVERED. NO EXCEPTIONS!

INSTALLATION/FITMENT POLICY |

- Motorcycles can
be dangerous. KORPCYCLE LTD. has no control over the use
of any part. Buyer fully understands that all off higway
parts or racing products are sold "as is" with
no warranty expressed or implied;
- KORPCYCLE LTD.
is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible
injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver
error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking
or breaking) or act of nature.
- Buyer understands
that all off higway parts or racing products may need
modifications for correct fitment, removal of factory
parts, shaving, molding, etc. We recommend you have a
skilled technician install the kit.
